Dr. Naomi Ferziger from the Department of Occupational Therapy was invited to participate in early July at the annual conference of the Oxford Summer Institute on Modern and Contemporary Judaism, held at the University of Oxford, England. This year, the conference focused on the theme of aging and brought together prominent researchers from various fields worldwide to foster in-depth interdisciplinary discussions on the topic.
Naomi represented a unique perspective from the research and treatment realm of health professions at the conference. She delivered a lecture titled “Child Development in the Talmud: Perspectives from Disability Studies and Neuroscience.”
