Dr. Haim Zicherman

About
Zicherman was born in 1979. He completed a bachelor’s degree (Ono Academic College), a master’s degree (Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University) and a PhD (Faculty of Law, Bar Ilan University).He did his internship at the law firm “Herzog, Fox, Naman” (2007-2008). Since 2008, he has been a law lecturer at the Ono Academic College and Sha’are Mishpat College, in the fields of civil and public law. From 2013 onwards, a faculty member at Ono Academic College.
His doctoral thesis deals with the state’s obligations towards the victims of multidimensional governmental takeover. In 2015, the work won the Cheshin Prize for Academic Excellence, for an outstanding doctoral thesis.
