Research interests
I am interested in the way managers lead in complex organizational systems characterized by ambiguity, non-linear relationships between many factors leading to unexpected changes and difficulty in achieving control. My research examines approaches to control, leadership styles in complexity and offers practical coping methods. The research field is in sports and the insights are also relevant to organizations outside of sports.
