In recent years, the financial world has undergone a revolution. Technological, social, and regulatory developments are changing our financial world, starting from the external formality and ending with the economic concepts and models that stand at its foundation. The introduction of new technologies led to the development of new products, services, and ways of financing, such as digital currencies, robotic trading, social commerce, crowdfunding, and more. The finance and capital market specialization curriculum aims to expose the students to the technological developments in the financial world, familiarize them with the new products, services, and principles of operation and the technology behind them. Thus allowing them to integrate and succeed in this developing world.
The curriculum, in its various aspects, is built and constantly updated according to current and future market demands and needs. The specialization is designed to provide students with knowledge in financial management and the capital market, with an emphasis on combining the acquisition of the theoretical background with practical tools that make it possible to apply in real life. The goal is to train the students for professional activity in the financial field in the various sectors of the contemporary economy. The knowledge and skills acquired as part of the studies allow graduates to integrate into a series of positions in the capital market and financial management fields, including roles in investment companies, the banking system, investment houses, the Ministry of Finance, and consulting companies. Graduates of the program will be able to integrate as finance professionals into leading companies in all sectors of the economy, both traditional and innovative.
