The first and only program in Israel as part of an MBA, which enables the acquisition of new and advanced management skills. The specialization provides tools to deal with the current reality, which is characterized by a growing need to manage risks and crises and build personal, community, organizational, and national resilience. The program gives participants a holistic worldview of resilience building and crisis management and teaches innovative management approaches. Students will acquire academic and practical abilities that will allow them to methodically analyze threats and risks to build a systematic plan for building resilience in the day-to-day and tools for management in times of crisis and emergency.
Today, managers who can successfully build an organization’s resilience and tactfully handle crises have become a highly sought-after asset. The new, unstable reality includes many emergencies, financial disruptions, operational malfunctions, cyber-attacks and disruption of supply chains, social conflicts, and deep rifts. All of these increase the risks to the organization’s reputation and stability. This reality requires giving managers the ability to strategically analyze the potential risks that threaten the continued routine work of the organization and the tools to properly prepare for them and manage the risk in moments of crisis.
The program is intended for mid-level managers who see themselves as senior managers in the future; for managers in critical positions who influence the conduct of the company, the organization, the office, and the authority – in routine and emergencies; and for the risk managers in the various companies and organizations.
