Program Highlights

The curriculum helps graduates integrate into diverse positions in consulting, senior management, organizations, human resources (HR), in a variety of fields and sectors. It enables them to understand and pursue effecttive organizational strategy.
This unique program combines advanced academic courses with up-to-date workshops and seminars integrated with practical field work. The program teaches current work methods through lecture and simulation providing tools and skills to deal with managerial problems in various fields. Practical studies take place in small work groups under the guidance of a personal advisors who serve as mentors and come from the industry or the consulting sector.
The students engage in 100 hours of practicum (practical training) in the public and private sector organizations. They receive personal guidance from senior organizational consultants in small peer groups. The students choose practicum from among: • organization where they already work. • consulting in a wide variety of organizations in the economy.

Overview

Introduction:

The degree is the only program in Israel that combines a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with organizational consulting studies and practical training (practicum).

The purpose of the program is to train and develop graduates for work in consulting and senior management positions in organizations in a variety of fields and sectors. In order to achieve this goal,  the academic studies in consulting and management is synchronized with appropriate practical training.  The practical training accompanies the whole course of study and is accompanied by individual and group counseling by senior organizational consultants who each specialize in their fields of private sector business and public and social organizations.

The program is suitable for those who aspire to become senior managers, subject-matter experts and leading consultants, who will shape the future labor market in a variety of sectors and industries. The students in our program come from diverse fields including: social sciences, social work, psychology, law, industrial engineering and management. They cwork as managers and employees at intermediate to high levels in organizations and hold key professional positions.

Practicum

The students participate in 100 hours of practical training (practicum) during three trimesters in a wide variety of organizations and perform consulting work in organizations in the public and private sector under the personal guidance of consultants at senior organizations, in small peer groups and under the guidance of mentors from the industry.
