In recent years, the financial world has undergone a revolution. Technological, social and regulatory developments are changing the financial world as we know it, from top to bottom. The introduction of new technologies led to the development of new products, services and financing methods, such as: digital currencies, AI consulting, social commerce, crowdfunding and more. The purpose of the finance and capital market specialization curriculum is to expose the student to the technological developments in the financial world, to familiarize him/her with the new products and services, the principles of their operation and the technology behind them. Such knowledge will enable the program graduate to integrate and succeed in this developing world.
The curriculum is built and is constantly updated according to current and future market demands and needs. The program’s internship is designed to provide students with knowledge in the fields of financial management and the capital market, with an emphasis on combining the acquisition of the theoretical background with the practical tools allowing the theory to be applied. The goal is to train the students for professional activity in the field of finance in the various sectors that comprise today’s economy. The knowledge and skills acquired as part of the internship allow graduates to integrate into a series of positions in the fields of the capital market and financial management, including positions in investment companies, the banking system, the Ministry of Finance and consulting companies. Graduates of the internship will be able to integrate as finance professionals in leading companies in all sectors of the economy, both traditional and innovative.
