Rafi Kadishzon Concert Flyer

 

On Wednesday 10.7.24 at 20:00, Ono Academic College’s School of Music will host a performance original student arrangments of Israeli classic masterpieces. The event is produced and organized by Rafi Kadishzon.

Rafi Kadishzon, is the Pedagogical Director of Ono Academic College’s School of Music. Kadishzon is a lecturer in the fields of theory, composition, orchestration, ear training, rhythm, music history, performance and Hebrew music. He is a pianist, conductor and composer.  His works and arrangements have been performed by orchestras by world-famous conductors such as Zubin Mehta, Gary Bertini and others. Kadishzon won the Film Composer Award for the music he composed for classic films like “Fantasy on a Romantic Theme” and “Late Summer Blues”. He also won the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers in Israel (AKUM) Prize for Theater Music and the Prime Minister’s Prize for Composers.  Kadishzon regularly conducts leading orchestras in Israel and abroad. He wrote music for hundreds of plays, films, ballets and TV programs that have been presented in Israel and Europe.
