Research shows that most businesses in the culinary field close down in their first two years of their operation. Ono Academic College has taken on this challenge and intends on providing aspiring culinary business owners with the tools they need to succeed.
Ono is launching a new specialization in its Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focusing on Entrepreneurship and Culinary Business. The new specialization will train the next generation of restaurateurs and people interested in opening businesses in the culinary world, such as restaurants and cafes. Our students will acquire the knowledge and business tools that will lead to success.

Open House Invitation for Culinary Management Program

On 19.6.24, the program is having an open house at our new Savyon Junction campus at 16:00.

Speakers include:

  • Moshik Roth – Senior Chef
  • Estela – a well-known chef/confectioner and chocolatier in Israel, founder and director of the School of Baking and Confectionery.
  • Ido Feiner – chef and owner of the restaurants “Robera Vinci”, “Emek Brasserie” and “Roberta’s Burger”.
  • Amri Brill – chef, graduate of advanced culinary studies at Cordon Bleu in London, chef and owner of the “Five” boutique catering, “Yitzhak and Yehuda” restaurant, “Hakabina Osh Rehovo” food truck and consultant for food and restaurant chains.
  • Raziel (Raz) Hammi – foodtech expert.
