Holding a Ph.D. and MA from King’s College, London, England, and an LL.M from Tel Aviv University, she has been practicing law since 1990. Her specialization includes working in the criminal division of the Tel Aviv district attorney’s office. She played a pivotal role in initiating and drafting the 2008 legislation against violence in sports. Her experience extends to serving as a secretary and on the management board (as a public representative), and leading the regulations committee at the Israel Football Association. Her research focuses on the rights of crime victims, the intersection of criminal law and gender, sex crimes, the role of minors in criminal law, the extent of criminal liability, and aspects of criminal sentencing.
