About

Dr. Miri Goldratt serves as a faculty member at Ono Academic College where she is also the academic coordinator for informal education, a researcher in the same field, and the chairperson of the college’s conference on informal education. She lectures in undergraduate courses focused on Education and Society, as well as Education and Sports.

In her extensive career, she has held several pivotal roles in the sphere of informal education within local government settings, including positions such as youth instructor and coordinator, community center director, and head of the youth and community department. Additionally, she has worked at the Ministry of Education, where she undertook the responsibilities of academic coordination for company managers and youth programs, emphasizing leadership training in youth departments.

In her consultancy role, Dr. Goldratt specializes in the Theory of Constraints organizational approach. Leveraging this theory, she has been integral in the creation and development of an acknowledged educational model that has been recognized as a distinct school by the Ministry of Education. She has also conceived recreational products, inclusive of the animated series “Roni’s Thinking Games” and board games such as “There is a will? There is a need!” and “if-then”, among others. These creations have not only found a place in retail networks but have also attained recognition through patents.
