Third-year students from Ono Academic College’s Department of Occupational Therapy were hosted at the Tel-Sheva educational campus to participate in a course in acting and drama that opened for children in Bedouin society who suffer from cerebral palsy. Ono’s students, together with other occupational therapists, worked with the aspiring young actors.
The acting course, now in its second year running, is taught by Ono lecturer Anat Reich, who also serves as a health care professional advisor in Israel’s Southern District.
Ono thanks the Tel Sheva School Prinicpal, Mr. Ayash Abu Amra, and hosting occupational therapist, Ms. Mona Milhem for their work in organizing the visit.
