Ono Ethiopian Scholar Shares Connection Between Beta Israel and Passover

Rabbi Dr. Sharon Shalom, the founding director of Ono Academic College’s International Center for the Study of Ethiopian Jewry, will discuss, “From Sinai to Jerusalem via Ethiopia: A Modern Journey” with Rabbi Yonah Berman at the “Seder Sense” pre-Passover educational program.  The event is co-sponsored by Yeshivat Chovevei Torah Rabbinical School, an Open Orthodox yeshiva, founded in 1999 by Rabbi Avi Weiss.
