Cellcom Israel announced that Ono Graduated, Ilan Sigal was appointed VP Business Development and CEO Of Golan Telecom. Sigal holds an M.B.A. from the Ono Academic College.

Prior to this appointment Sigal served as VP marketing of Pelephone VP marketing and business development of Yes Satellite Services and Bezeq International.
