As the current academic years draws to a close, Ono Academic College held a ceremony to honor its 2022-23 Dean’s List Student Awardees.
The ceremony began with the screening of a video “Our Outstanding Students,” honoring the awardees.
The event was moderated by Dr. Naama Katz, Director of Ono’s Training Development and Academic Teaching Unit. She also presented her original research about the Dean’s List Awardees exploring their background, drives and future goals.
Dr. Samuel Schwartz, Director of Resource Development and International Programs, delivered the congratulatory address to the awardees, congratulating them on their achievements, during this very difficult time. He also summarized Ono’s work in the field of trauma and post-trauma following the October 7th attacks.
Student singers and musicians from Ono’s School of Music, Ahava Rosenheim, Ben Kerner, Gaia Alves and Naama Donner (some of them Dean’s List Awardees, themselves) presented two musical offerings.
The event concluded with the Deans and Senior Faculty and Staff of Ono’s Schools of Music, Humanities and Social Sciences, Business Administration and Law coming to the stage to present the Dean’s List Awardees with certificates of achievement.
