Dr. Michal Tenne Rinde, a faculty member in the Occupational Therapy Department and the teacher of a course in “Adaptations to the Environment” (in a therapeutic context) won an international architecture competition from sponsored by the quarterly journal “AI – Architecture of Israel”. The winning article, co-authored with Natalie Silpin, was a top four finisher in the 2020 contest’s “Research” category. Her groundbreaking work in the field of cognitive access allows populations in need due to cognitive difficulties to be part of the society in which they live.
