The fifth meeting of the UJA Sponsored Program “The Returning Home to Israel Project According to the Tradition of Beta Israel” to identify and reduce tensions within the Ethiopian-Israeli Community, focused on developing analytical tools to evaluate solutions to intra-communal conflicts. In the last meeting, participants analyzed problems that they witnessed in their community.
In this session, the participants used inductive and deductive reasoning to evaluate both the communal tensions as well as analyze potential solutions using a detailed checklist for guiding community interventions.
