Ono Scholar Publishes Book on Criminal Law and Euthanasia

Ono Academic College congratulates its legal scholar, Dr. Roni Rosenberg, on the publication of his book: Act and Omission in Criminal Law: Autonomy, Morality and Applications to Euthanasia by the prestigious Routledge publishing house.

The book discusses positions that have cast doubt on the moral distinction between taking actions and refraining from action, as well as positions that have proposed justification for this distinction.

In addition, the book discusses the implications of these justifications for a number of practical questions in criminal law, including the distinction accepted in many countries around the world between active euthanasia and passive euthanasia.

Congratulations
