Sapir was appointed on January 2022 as CEO of Cellcom, one of the largest telecommunications companies in Israel, founded in 1994.

He is the former CEO of the ICT Group. ICT, the largest call center company in the country, is recognized in the communications market, but it also operates in many markets for companies that are forced to establish service centers and prefer to do so as part of outsourcing.

Along with the great professionalism that accompanies Sapir, he is most proud in championing employee diversity wherever he goes. Sapir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the College of Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ono College.
